Job Summary:
The Assistant Buyer is responsible for supporting the Director of Buying to develop and implement merchandising driven initiatives across the retail and e-commerce sales channels. In this dynamic role, the Assistant Buyer works closely with cross functional partners across the brands to maximize business performance.

Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
In-season
- Support in monitoring the business, managing the weekly, monthly, and seasonal reporting
- Analyze product performance and propose actions to grow the business
- Maintain and analyze inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock to achieve and exceed sales budgets/forecasts as well as identify additional needs from central warehouse.
- Stock Management: In partnership with stores, execute weekly product allocations, monitor shipments, and special requests from stores
- Support retail pop-ups and activations
- Manages the replenishment forecast process and replenishes the stores from the warehouse weekly
Market
- Support Director of Buying with seasonal buying activities
- Buy Prep: Prepare end of season reporting prior to seasonal markets
- Pricing Analysis: Prepare competitive price analysis
- Seasonal open to buy support
- Purchase order entry
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; Proficiency in Stealth is a plus
- 2+ years in fashion, business, or relevant field
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities with strong time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge and passion for the industry, strong taste level and appreciation of luxury product
- Good understanding of retail math concepts, with knowledge of competitive landscape for relevant brands
Salary Range $65K-$75K
