The JobReporting to the Regional Director, as Regional Director, Clinical Operations, you will lead clinical operations of assigned treatment centers and functions and will be responsible for program operations, development, budgets, personnel, and governing policies and procedures. You will define and execute the clinical direction and vision of our programs to support all identified service lines, as well as ensure continual staff development instate-of-the-art best practices for mental health and our substance for our companysdisorder treatment businesses. This is a critical role requiringwork of a confidential and sensitive nature, requiring discretion, professionalism, and interactions will be internal; you wont work directly with clients.Your QualificationsTo be a good fit for the role of Regional Director, Clinical Operations, you will have:
- A masters degree in Social Work or Human Services is required; a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D. or Ph.D.) is a plus
- Current State licensure(s) - LCSW, LMFT or LPC along with CACIII
- 5 years of clinical and administrative experience in a hospital or residential setting
- A minimum of8 years of multi-site clinical management experience
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple people and projects
- Willingness to travel in Los Angeles and Ventura counties as needed for site visits
